Returns

In order to properly prepare the goods for return, we ask the customer to:

To ship whiteboards, glass boards, cork boards and chalkboards:

• pack the product in its original packaging, in the same position in which it was initially placed in the box
• include all other elements such as mounting instructions, fixings and an accessories
• put back all the protective elements as they were originally
• close each side of the carton tightly with adhesive tape
• peel off the old postage label (if possible)
• and stick the return label on the box in a clearly visible place (or directly on the old label)

IMPORTANT!

If you purchased additional accessories for glass board, please do not include them to glass board packaging. This could increase the risk of the product being damaged in transit. Please send them separately
