The board surface is made of high quality natural cork that is first given a special treatment and  is then corrected for the appropriate density and smoothness.

The cork is 1mm thick layered with a 9 mm fibreboard underneath. The fibreboard acts as an additional hold for the inserted push pins, which allows for various notes and documents to be easily attached.

The advantage of the fibreboard  surface is that it heals itself automatically after a short time. This makes the notice board durable as it has been optimally designed for intensive use.

The anodized aluminium frame fulfils two basic purposes simultaneously: It provides strength to structure and gives an aesthetic appearance. The frame arms are connected by plastic grey corners.
