Purchase Orders & 30-Day Payment Terms
At ALLboards, we understand how schools and public sector organisations purchase goods. To make the ordering process as simple as possible, we accept official Purchase Orders and offer 30-day payment terms to eligible organisations.
Whether you are ordering for a school, academy, college, university, local authority or another public sector organisation, our team will be happy to assist.
Who Can Apply?
Payment by invoice is available to eligible UK organisations, including:
- Schools
- Academies and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs)
- Colleges
- Universities
- Local authorities
- NHS organisations
- Government departments
- Other public sector organisations
All requests for payment by invoice are subject to approval.
How to Place an Order
Step 1 – Register ALLboards as a Supplier (if required)
If your organisation requires new suppliers to complete a registration form before a Purchase Order can be raised, simply email the form to [email protected]. We will complete and return it promptly.
Step 2 – Request a Quotation (optional)
If you require a quotation before raising a Purchase Order, simply let us know which products you require and we will prepare a no-obligation quotation.
Step 3 – Send Your Purchase Order
Once your Purchase Order has been approved internally, email it to [email protected].
Please include:
- Purchase Order number
- Organisation name
- Billing address
- Delivery address (if different)
- Contact name
- Contact telephone number
- Product details and quantities
- Any delivery instructions
Payment Terms
Approved organisations may pay by invoice within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
VAT invoices are issued with every order.
Delivery
- Stock items are typically dispatched within 24 hours of your order being confirmed (on working days).
- Made-to-order and bespoke products have individual lead times, which will be confirmed before your order is processed.
Bespoke & Custom-Made Products
We manufacture a wide range of bespoke products, including custom-sized whiteboards, printed whiteboards, magnetic panels and noticeboards.
Please note that bespoke or made-to-order items may require payment in advance unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing.

Payment by invoice is available to eligible organisations only and is subject to approval. We reserve the right to request payment before dispatch where appropriate. Title to the goods remains with ALLboards until payment has been received in full. This page should be read alongside our standard Terms & Conditions.
