Dispatch Times
Stock items are typically dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed (on working days).
Made-to-order and bespoke products have individual lead times, which are shown on the relevant product pages.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.
Depending on the size and weight of your order, delivery may be made by parcel courier or pallet carrier.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking details (where applicable).
Standard Courier Deliveries
Most orders are delivered by a parcel courier.
The courier will normally deliver your order to the main entrance or reception area of the delivery address.
Pallet Deliveries
Larger or heavier products may be delivered on a pallet.
Pallet deliveries are made on a kerbside basis, meaning the driver will deliver your order to the nearest safe and accessible point outside the delivery address. Drivers are unable to carry palletised goods inside buildings or to upper floors.
For pallet deliveries, we recommend ensuring suitable assistance is available to move the goods from the delivery point.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Our standard courier deliveries take place on working days only. Weekend delivery is not usually available.

Yes, where tracking is available, we will send tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Courier choice depends on the size, weight and destination of your order. Smaller items are usually sent by parcel courier, while larger or heavier orders may be sent by pallet carrier.
Can I choose a delivery date?
For some orders, we may be able to help with delivery arrangements. Please contact us before ordering if you have specific delivery requirements.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
The courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for rearranging delivery, depending on the service used.
Do large items require special delivery arrangements?
Yes, some large or heavy items may be delivered on a pallet or require additional handling. Where applicable, we will advise you before dispatch.
Will the courier bring my order inside?
For standard parcel deliveries, the courier will normally deliver your order to the main entrance or reception area. Pallet deliveries are made on a kerbside basis and cannot be taken inside the building by the driver.

Please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and the damaged item, so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Do you deliver to Scottish Highlands, Islands or remote areas?

Can you deliver to a different address?
Yes, you can enter a separate delivery address when placing your order.
