Times and shipping costs
Shipments are made with various national couriers. Delivery normally takes place in one or two working days in UK Mainland starting from when the Courier collects the goods at the Allboards UK warehouse, except for delivery in disadvantaged locations or unless events occur due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.
Shipping costs are free in England and Wales for orders over £50. For orders less than the aforementioned sum, the shipping cost is £4.90. See the list of eligible zip code: delivery information.
In any other case, a shipping fee will be charged to the buyer and related to the rate of the reference express courier, as specified on the checkout page before completing the purchase order. See the list of eligible zip codes and charges: delivery information.
The delivery date may vary for organizational and / or logistical reasons, or in the event of a request for product customizations. You can check the status of the order at any time, through your customer account, where the parcel tracking number is also available.
Upon receipt of the package, the customer must carry out the following operations:
- Check that the number of packages delivered correspond to what is indicated in the transport document.
- Check that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes.
- If possible, unpack the product immediately and check for damage.
In the event of tampering and / or visible breakages, the shipment and / or delivery must be immediately contested by putting the wording “GOODS INSPECTION FOR… ..” (indicate the reason) on the delivery document received by the courier. Then you must immediately send the report via email to [email protected]
The buyer must indicate in the appropriate space the state of the packaging, if intact or damaged or tampered with, possibly accepting the delivery subject to verification of the integrity of the product in the event of packaging resulting in damage or tampered with.
